Adrian Batt is a seasoned private sector manager. He acquired the knowledge and skill through working for various private companies. He started his career working as a Production Supervisor at Dulux (PTY LTD),  and was later promoted to the position of Operations Manager within the same company. 

Adrian joined Doves in 2000, as Regional manager in the Eastern Cape. He has held several positions within the Doves Group, including that of National Sales Manager, Regional Manager (Western Cape), Regional Manager Coastal  and that of Coastal Operations Director which he occupies to date. In 2012 he was appointed as a board member of Doves Group in his capacity as Coastal Operations Director.
