Minki Rasenyalo completed her BSc in Dietetics in 1996 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics in 1997 both at the University of Kwazulu Natal, Pietermaritzburg. She studied for a B Tech in Business Administration in 2006 at Durban University of Technology.

Minki started her career at Royal Sechaba from March 2003 to February 2004 as a Project Manager. She then became Area Manager at Royal Sechaba from March 2005 to June 2006.

In June 2006 to January 2009 she became Operations Manager - Fedics KZN. In February 2009 to August 2011-Minki became General Manager – Doves. In September 2010 to April 2011-Minki became Managing Director – Doves and was promoted to CEO of Doves in May.
