Thabani Msibi the executive director and has over 10 years work experience in multiple industries such as financial consulting, shipping (freight forwarding), hospitality and financial services.  He started off his career as an accountant, progressed to business analyst and was also promoted to operations manager and General Manager – Operations for various companies. Thabani joined Doves in 2013 as Regional  Manager for Tshwane and Ekurhuleni and was further promoted to INLAND Operations Director. In 2014 he was appointed to Doves Board.
